Childrens & Teen Ministries
kids at Bethel
Kids of all ages are welcome at Bethel. If you would like to attend a service and you have young children, you may choose to keep them with you or allow them to attend a safe, age-appropriate program. All of our adult volunteers are trained in child protection, and security personnel are on duty during the service. Every adult in a leadership position has passed a background check because every child's safety is important to us!
Nursery is available for infants through age three on Sundays; however, potty-trained three-year-olds are welcome in the pre-school Sunday School class and in Children's Church.
Bethel Kids Program
Sunday School - Sundays, 9:30 a.m.
Preschool and elementary classes
Children's Church - Sundays, 11:00 a.m.
Children are dismissed from the adult worship
service before the sermon.
Kids Club - Wednesdays, 6:30 - 8 p.m.
During the school year, kids age three through sixth grade enjoy games,
lesson time and a snack as they learn about
God.
Sunday Mornings
Church is in two parts and you may come to one or both. The first hour of church is called Sunday School, and it begins at 9:30 in the morning. We have a variety of age-specific clases for children and adults. If you're not sure where to go, just ask anyone and they will be happy to help you find the right classroom. The second part is our worship service which begins at 11:00 a.m. We gather in the auditorium, sing songs, and listen to the pastor teach from the Bible. Someone says a prayer at the open and close of the meeting and someone else annouces upcoming events. It may seem strange at first, but you will quickly become accustomed to it.
Teens
On Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. seventh through twelfth graders at Bethel love to get together and just hang out! We provide a safe place for teens to play video games, have snacks, and discuss what God says about the things that are important to them.
